I recently had a bride say to me, “You weren’t kidding–you really are like having a second maid of honor.” There’s probably no other person that you will spend as much time with on your wedding day as your photographer. You deserve someone who’s committed and excited about doing anything it takes to make sure that your day goes smoothly, your needs are met, and that surprise obstacles are overcome without undermining the day’s timeline–someone who knows you and the whole plan of the wedding. I live for these kinds of fun challenges!
I cherish the role I get to play; before, during, and after the day of the ceremony and reception. Finding and displaying the artistic vision in your event and within the relationship between the two of you is my goal for your wedding.
You want someone who knows you. That’s what I want for you.
I never miss a wedding rehearsal. Even if you want the camera to stay packed away, I’m there to meet the wedding party, the officiant, the coordinator, the venue staff, etc. You want someone who’s going to be there, listening and watching as last minute changes are made, learning where preparations will occur, and so on.
All brides want to know that there’s no limit on the only service that will last long after the wedding day. You have me at your disposal, from the afternoon of the rehearsal to the last embers of the reception. No hourly breakdowns. No clock watching. No location limits.
Normally when couples come to meet with me, we all know if we’re a good fit. Most of my clients reserve me on our first visit. After that, you’ve got one of the challenges of wedding planning off your shoulders.
Our ultimate goal is to create an album that beautifully tells the story of your day. Blending timeless elements with modern materials and bindings, your unique album will be a dazzling combination of classic and contemporary that fits you.
Sessions to create storytelling portraits of your engagement are not mandatory, but are recommended because they are wonderful at increasing our rapport. The experience of having already made photographs together allows you to feel more relaxed about the photography on your wedding day. We learn each other’s language, so to speak.
The pages on the left side of each spread were left blank for signatures & well-wishes to be written in this custom designed guest book made from a bride & groom’s engagement portraits.
